William J. Cawley, III, (Bill) serves as President of Benicia Plumbing, Inc. He is responsible for new construction estimating and overseeing all aspects of company operations.
Bill began his relationship with Benicia Plumbing at the early age of six when he would go to the shop with his father on Saturdays and work during school vacations. Bill graduated from Armijo High School in Fairfield, California and worked part-time and full-time in the field while attending college.
Bill attended Texas A & M University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science. He served two years as a Project Manager for Brandt Engineering Co., Inc., a large commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor located in Dallas, Texas. In 1998, Bill was recruited by Benicia Plumbing, Inc., and has been there ever since. He holds his California Contractor’s License, with the C-36 Plumbing and C-20 HVAC specialties and is an EPA Certified “Universal” refrigerant technician.
When he isn’t working, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, serving in his church, and participating in shooting sports, when time allows.
Mike Hatcher serves as Benicia Plumbing’s Senior Vice President and Sr. Estimator / Project Manager. He is directly responsible for Construction Sales and Project Management. He oversees Estimating, Scope Changes and Contracting, Communication, Job Cost Management, Contract Management and Maintaining Developer Relations.
Mike graduated from Liberty Union High School in Brentwood, CA. He completed his Plumbing Apprenticeship in UA Local 342 while with Benicia Plumbing, Inc., and worked as a Journeyman, Foreman and General Foreman. He went on to work as a Superintendent, Estimator/Project Manager, and Vice President for other Bay Area Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors. He continued his education receiving a certificate as a UA Instructor and Degrees in Construction Supervision and Labor Management. Mike is a military veteran, having served his country first as a United States Marine, and as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army National Guard.
Mike came home to Benicia Plumbing, Inc., in 2017. He believes the challenges and success that come with the plumbing industry are the most satisfying part of his job.
When he is not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and shooting.

Richard J. Albinana serves as Benicia Plumbing’s Warehouse Manager. His duties include overseeing the protection and dispatch of materials used in our company’s myriad operations, as well as supervising the warehouse employees and maintaining a safe work environment.
Richard graduated from Jefferson High School in Daily City, California and began his construction career by working at the Viacom Cable Vision Company as a clerk and cable installer. He eventually transitioned to warehouse operations while working for Rainbeau Garment Industries, where he ultimately became the company’s Operations Manager.
Richard was hired by Benicia Plumbing in 2006, where he again displayed immense initiative and earning a promotion to current position he holds today.
In his free time, Richard enjoys gardening and taking long walks with his dog.
Tyler Hatcher has been with Benicia Plumbing since 2021. He began in our estimating department and later took interest in our project manager role that he promoted into. He has been a valuable member of our operations team, keeping our projects on time and delivering the best results to our partners and our clients. His passion to help others is apparent in all his interactions from encouraging our field members to collaborating with other contractors on job sites. In his free time, Tyler enjoys hunting and working with cars and motorcycles.
Angelica Rivera-Dizon serves as Benicia Plumbing’s Service & Warranty Manager. She currently oversees service calls, warranty requests and team development.
Angelica graduated from Newark Memorial in Newark, California and furthered her education via MCAA, completing the Institute of Project Management program. In 2020, Angelica joined the Benicia Plumbing team as an Administrator and used her experience from multi-unit management to later become the Residential Project Manager.
Now she uses her experience in the new construction world to deliver high quality, client-focused services while focusing on Benicia Plumbing’s Mission: People Taking Care of People. In her free time, Angelica enjoys baking and finding hidden gem restaurants in the bay area with her husband and son.
Ty Cawley serves as Benicia Plumbing’s Purchasing Manager, he is responsible for estimating and supporting projects through completion, managing the purchasing department, and facilitating symbiotic relationships with vendors. Ty started his career with Benicia Plumbing working part time through college before graduating from California Maritime Academy with a BS in Marine Engineering Technology. In 2019, Ty joined the team full time and worked his way from assistant project manager to his current role as the Purchasing Manager and estimator. In his off time, he enjoys watching MMA and fishing with his wife.
Lori Cawley serves as Benicia Plumbing’s Insurance Compliance Director, responsible for safety, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and all insurance claims. Lori began her relationship with Benicia Plumbing at an early age, working with her dad during school vacations and summers. She graduated from Armijo High School and went on to attend the University of California, Davis. After earning her degree, Lori entered the insurance claims industry. Drawing on the extensive knowledge she gained in the corporate world, Lori later joined the family business at the invitation of her brother, Bill Cawley III. Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
