William J. Cawley, III, (Bill) serves as President of Benicia Plumbing, Inc. He is responsible for new construction estimating and overseeing all aspects of company operations.
Bill began his relationship with Benicia Plumbing at the early age of six when he would go to the shop with his father on Saturdays and work during school vacations. Bill graduated from Armijo High School in Fairfield, California and worked part-time and full-time in the field while attending college.
Bill attended Texas A & M University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science. He served two years as a Project Manager for Brandt Engineering Co., Inc., a large commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor located in Dallas, Texas. In 1998, Bill was recruited by Benicia Plumbing, Inc., and has been there ever since. He holds his California Contractor’s License, with the C-36 Plumbing and C-20 HVAC specialties and is an EPA Certified “Universal” refrigerant technician.
When he isn’t working, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, serving in his church, and participating in shooting sports, when time allows.
Mike Hatcher serves as Benicia Plumbing’s Senior Vice President and Sr. Estimator / Project Manager. He is directly responsible for Construction Sales and Project Management. He oversees Estimating, Scope Changes and Contracting, Communication, Job Cost Management, Contract Management and Maintaining Developer Relations.
Mike graduated from Liberty Union High School in Brentwood, CA. He completed his Plumbing Apprenticeship in UA Local 342 while with Benicia Plumbing, Inc., and worked as a Journeyman, Foreman and General Foreman. He went on to work as a Superintendent, Estimator/Project Manager, and Vice President for other Bay Area Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors. He continued his education receiving a certificate as a UA Instructor and Degrees in Construction Supervision and Labor Management. Mike is a military veteran, having served his country first as a United States Marine, and as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army National Guard.
Mike came home to Benicia Plumbing, Inc., in 2017. He believes the challenges and success that come with the plumbing industry are the most satisfying part of his job.
When he is not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and shooting.
Richard J. Albinana serves as Benicia Plumbing’s Warehouse Manager. His duties include overseeing the protection and dispatch of materials used in our company’s myriad operations, as well as supervising the warehouse employees and maintaining a safe work environment.
Richard graduated from Jefferson High School in Daily City, California and began his construction career by working at the Viacom Cable Vision Company as a clerk and cable installer. He eventually transitioned to warehouse operations while working for Rainbeau Garment Industries, where he ultimately became the company’s Operations Manager.
Richard was hired by Benicia Plumbing in 2006, where he again displayed immense initiative and earning a promotion to current position he holds today.
In his free time, Richard enjoys gardening and taking long walks with his dog.
