William J. Cawley, III, (Bill) serves as President of Benicia Plumbing, Inc. He is responsible for new construction estimating and overseeing all aspects of company operations.
Bill began his relationship with Benicia Plumbing at the early age of six when he would go to the shop with his father on Saturdays and work during school vacations. Bill graduated from Armijo High School in Fairfield, California and worked part-time and full-time in the field while attending college.
Bill attended Texas A & M University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science. He served two years as a Project Manager for Brandt Engineering Co., Inc., a large commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor located in Dallas, Texas. In 1998, Bill was recruited by Benicia Plumbing, Inc., and has been there ever since. He holds his California Contractor’s License, with the C-36 Plumbing and C-20 HVAC specialties and also is an EPA Certified “Universal” refrigerant technician.
When he isn’t working, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, serving in his church, and participating in shooting sports, when time allows.
